Welcome to Lovefone - Friendly Phone Repair in London

World's tiniest repair shop

We’ve just opened the world’s tiniest phone repair shop in one of Britain’s red telephone boxes. Since mobile technology made these landmarks obsolete, we thought we’d give back by offering speedy, high quality and hassle-free repairs for your iPhone and Google Nexus in Greenwich.
The idea to use London’s phone boxes as mobile repair shops seemed obvious since we can perform repairs in the smallest spaces. Finding skinny-enough repairers to fit inside them may be our biggest challenge now.
We’re at 291 Greenwich High Road , opposite The Mitre pub. You can come and charge your phone for free, get it repaired within 30 minutes or just drop by to say hi!

We’re All About TLR - Tender Loving Repair

Our technicians’ expert hands lovingly restore your iPhones, iPads, iPods, and other devices to their former glory without you having to lift a finger. We strive for quickness and efficiency while delivering the best possible results, so most repairs can be done while you wait. Though our home is London, we do repairs for customers all over the UK and Europe.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple- we put ourselves in our customers’ shoes to find out what you need from a repair service. It’s not too hard because we are all electronics lovers ourselves and have been through the frustration and panic of damaging a device. We know that what you really need from your repair service is convenience, quality, and peace of mind, so that’s what we deliver.

How We Can Make You Happy

Whether you’re in-shop, across town, or across the country, we’ll have your device repaired and returned to you before your “phantom phone vibrations” subside. But our services don’t stop with your device safely in hand. Any tablet or smartphone we work on is covered by a lifetime performance warranty for your peace of mind. We stand by our work.

Humble Beginnings

Lovefone got its start when our founder, Alex, was confronted with one of the modern world’s most annoying problems: broken iPhone screens. At the time, he was offering a popular mac repair service, but then shifted his focus to mobile device repair and has never looked back. He became one of the first iPhone repair experts in the UK and was even featured on the BBC. Since then, we’ve grown a lot and hope to continue doing so with the support of our loyal customers!
