We've been fortunate enough to help tiny bit with the Restart Project, a social enterprise that encourages and empowers people to use their electronics longer, by learning fundamental repair and maintenance skills. When the BBC's technology show Click came to investigate, Alex was on hand to help journalist LJ Rich repair her iPad and tell the show a little bit about the repair process.
