Our warranty replacement policy gives you peace of mind that the item you had repaired by us will be covered for 365 days after you receive it back (batteries come with 6 months warranty). As long as its returned in the original state. Customer damage invalidates your warranty.

If you had an item installed by us, you generally have a 365 day warranty on the installed part(s) unless otherwise noted on your original invoice. That's all there is to it!


Receive Your Repaired Item Back:

Once we receive your defective item, it will be expedited through our London diagnosis and repair department to quickly resolve the issue. We will contact you with our findings, and our warranty covers only parts that we installed, not additional problems. Warranty does not cover cutomer damage.

We'll locate the issue, correct it, and get it back into your hands via overnight shipping at no additional cost to you. If no fault is found on our part a diagnosis fee of £15 (plus return shipping) is required. That's all there is to it!
