What does “Lovefone Certified Refurbished” mean?

All of our Lovefone certified refurbished phones come with an industry leading 2 year warranty. We rigorously test all devices with a 30 point inspection before and after the refurbishment process. Batteries for Good and Very Good grades come with a fully tested battery that retains at least 70% of it’s charge and a 3 month warranty.  An optional upgrade to a high quality iFixit battery is available which comes with a 1 year warranty.

What is Pristine condition?

Our refurbished mobile phones look “like brand new”: NO scratches, NO scuffs, NO signs of wear or tear, fully tested, data cleansed, in full working order and restored to the latest operating system.

What is the return policy?

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with Lovefone products. We accept returns requests for 14 days following delivery, as long as the device is in the same condition in which it was delivered. To return a device, simply contact us with the reason for your return. We will provide a prepaid return envelope through Royal Mail Special Delivery services and we will issue a refund within 5 days of receiving the device back. How do I cancel my order?

In case you want to cancel your order, please do so immediately. We aim to process and ship the orders within the same day, so please call us at 02033719730 immediately should you wish to cancel your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Europe and will soon be shipping further afield.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

Should you want to change your address, you will be able to do so. After having placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and you will be able to change the address afterwards. However, we aim to process and ship the orders within the same day, so please try to inform us on any changes before the 3pm cut off time.

What do I do if the box was damaged or tampered with on receipt?

First you should check to see if your phone arrived undamaged. Check its functionality to make sure everything works. All shipments are insured. If your handset arrived damaged, you will not be responsible for any damage caused while it was in transit. Please hold the handset and all packaging material, then contact us immediately through email or by calling us at 02033719730. We may ask you to provide a photo, and - if the device powers on - the IMEI/MEID number. We will also need to confirm your phone number to settle the claim with the Royal Mail.

What does my warranty not cover?

 

  • Water/Liquid damage
  • Accidental/Intentional damage caused by for example, dropping the device
  • Any damage caused by trying to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party
  • Damage caused by the use of non genuine accessories
  • Any signs of normal wear and tear
  • Any device that has been Jailbroken or rooted after sale
  • Acceptable battery life depletion

    I have noticed a problem with my phone, what should I do?

    If your phone is found to be faulty or defective within 2 years of purchase we will offer a free repair or replacement. The returns policy will only cover manufacturer faults and does not cover the following:

  • Water/Liquid damage
  • Accidental/Intentional damage caused by for example, dropping the device
  • Any damage caused by trying to repair or adapt the device by yourself or a third party
  • Damage caused by the use of non genuine accessories
  • Any signs of normal wear and tear
  • Any device that has been Jailbroken or rooted after sale
  • Acceptable battery life depletion

    Do you only sell mobile phones?

    Yes, for the moment we only sell refurbished mobile phones. Over the coming months we will be adding more stock so make sure you keep checking back to see what’s new!

    How long does it take for my phone to arrive?

    All of our refurbished phones are sent out via DPD Next Day Courier. They are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday.

    If you place an order on a Friday before 2pm it will land on the Monday of the following week.  Orders placed on the weekend will be processed Monday and will land on Tuesday.

    Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

    Please note that some locations outside of the UK mainland may take 2 days to land.

    Do you accept orders over the telephone?

    Unfortunately we don’t accept card payments over the telephone. All orders must be placed via the website using our secure payments system.

    How do I track my phone order?

    After shipping your device via Royal Mail Special Delivery™, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can see the location of your order any time you like.

    Do you have a shop where I can come and collect my order?

    Yes, our shop is based at 37 Tottenham Street, W1T 4RU. Please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to make sure your order will be ready for collection from our shop at your desired date and time.
