Lovefone will work for cake

At Lovefone, making our customers happy is at the centre of our strategy. We aim to quickly and efficiently return our customers’ faulty or damaged iPhones, iPads and iPods to a happy, working condition while ensuring a hastle and stress-free experience for them. We treat our customers exactly how we want to be treated. We care for them – and (we hope) our customers end up by loving us in return! They even show us their appreciation with lovely thank you gifts – such as bottles of wine, flowers and cards. Of course, we are only human so sometimes mistakes happen. But we promise that we'll do our best to rectify them, and won’t let any of our customers walk away unhappy or disappointed. We love to see our customers’ happiness at our service, and like to embrace new ideas and get inspired by them. In short, our customers are our source of motivation. Here is one example: A short while ago, a very funny customer called Alex emailed us asking for an iPhone repair . He offered to bake a cake for us and send us three jokes and a cat video if we offer him a discount for the repair. We loved his humour and his creativity so we offered him a generous discount and as he was sending the device to us using our Express Mail service we've setted up a special discount oupon code for him: WILLWORKFORCAKE. With this, he could redeem the discount and pay online for the rest of the repair. After using all his baking and engineering skills to deliver us his cake (it’s not easy to post a cake, you know), we received the cake which we must confess was really delicious. He was happy with our service and the discount so ... he liked us on Facebook, reviewed us and has told all of his friends about us. And, at the end, because we told him he made us happy he has decided to bake more cakes from now on and make even more people happy. We thought we’d share the cat video that Alex sent us with you. We’ll keep the jokes for us...OK, maybe, we can share one of them with you...
