The Lovefone express mail service is available for everyone across the UK – from people in Greater London who can’t find the time to commute into central London, to those who live outside the M25. We’ve completed thousands of express mail repairs for customers in England, Scotland, Wales and even countries across Europe, all with the very distinct goals of speed, value and quality – a high quality repair followed by a speedy return of the device to each customer. So how does it work? Whether you’ve shattered your iPhone or iPad screen, got a horrible home button, a problematic power button or a horrendous headphone jack, Lovefone can help. Just send it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will fix and return it the day that we receive it. Your device will be fully insured and we will pay the postage and packaging back to you. If you want to send your phone to us, just visit our website, select the express mail repair you’d like and then complete your personal details on our order form. You can pay your repair in two ways: either by credit/debit card or using Paypal. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email. You just now need to put your iPhone, iPod or iPad and the printed email confirmation (or a note containing your order reference, name and return address) in a jiffy bag and post it to us via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. This is fully insured up to £500. Before sending it to us, we recommend that you back up your iPhone, put a passcode on your phone or remove the SIM card. Once we receive it (which should be the morning after you post it), we will immediately confirm its arrival by email. Then, later the same day, we will email you again informing you that it’s been dispatched back to you via Next Day Special Delivery. We’ll include the tracking details with this email so that you can see exactly where it is using the Royal Mail tracking service. Your device should then be back with you the following morning. As Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature, we suggest that you use your daytime address, such as your workplace. The entire process takes just 40 to 48 hours, after which you will have your precious, fully fixed, iPhone back.
