Description
If callers cannot hear you when you speak, or if the quality of your voice is consistently degraded, it is likely that your microphone is faulty. We will first confirm the fault then completely replace the lower dock connector assembly, which includes the dock connector, microphone and speaker. Repairs are completed and posted back via Royal Mail Special Delivery the same day we receive them.
