Express mail instructions

There are 4 simple steps to send us your device:

1. Back up your iPhone on iTunes.
2. Pin lock your phone or remove your SIM card if you would like to. Instructions for this can be found on our FAQs page.
3. Print out your invoice to include with your package, or write a note containing the following details:
   Your name
   Contact number
   Return address
   The order number above
4. Package your iPhone and order details securely in a padded envelope and post to us at:

   64 Charlotte Street
   London
   W1T 4QD
   ** We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is insured up to £500 **
