Drop your phone at your reception and leave everything else to us

Our central London (zones 1 and 2) courier dispatch is the ultimate in convenience. Simply drop your device at your reception and we'll have it picked up, repaired and back to you in 2-3 hours.

A great repair in a few easy steps:

1. Select the repair you'd like and complete your details on our order form.
2. We'll get in touch with you to confirm the details.
3. If you are happy to proceed we'll take payment over the phone.
4. Drop your device at your reception in an envelope with your name and "Lovefone" written on it.
5. We'll collect and repair your device, and have it back to you in 2-3 hours. We'll email you with a real time tracking link.
